Warm greetings!

It's my pleasure to write addressing you all, me as Sarmila Dhakal came to this world in early 80s, single daughter of an idealist Mother and Father, grew up with multi societies, keeping great values in my life.

Graduated from Campion College, Kathmandu, Nepal, started my business carrier in very young age chairing the company Care Fare Pvt. Ltd. in Nepal and went to Malaysia & Singapore to spread my business in 2005 July. My research on foreign workers in different labor receiving countries, made me to work on this field, On that right time I came across with Gentleman Mr. Bimal Dhakal and we feel perfectness in each other and with the grace of god and bless of Parents we got married and gave total strength in our business and professional life too.

We established BSD HR Solution, in Dubai aiming to provide quality works and best performance, in the field of manpower consultancy, covering all the Market in Middle East, Gulf, Asia and Africa.

On the process of research, field visit we visited different countries, like India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Africa, Libya, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Germany, Italy, France and many more and Base in Dubai, UAE.

It was really nice to meet His Excellencies Minister of Labor of UAE, BAHRAIN, QATAR, LIBYA, and Malaysia.

And to except their invitation while searching the market and some other important person directly or indirectly in my life like, R.K. Khatri, Dr.Saleh, Mr.Simmy, Dr.Sharon, Mr. Thomas, Dr.Dato Razdi (Ex- Home Minister of Malaysia), K.P Oli, Chandi Raj Dhakal, Ramesh Lekhak etc.(some cannot be disclosed but are in my diary)are my biggest inspiration in my professional and personal life, I would like to thank them for their well wishes.

It's really interesting and challenging to be a young business entrepreneur, and I am always happy to work more with more commitment, quality valuing each company/individual equally.
